Microsoft Has Launched A Global Skills Initiative For Expanding Its Presence In Corporate Workforce Development Training Market

 1.      In June 2020, Microsoft has launched a global skills initiative aimed at bringing more digital skills to 25 million people worldwide by the end of the year. The objective of this initiative is to bring together every part of our company, combining existing and new resources from LinkedIn, GitHub, and Microsoft.

2.      In August 2020, Security Academy Program  has launched Academic Institutions and Nonprofits with Fortinet’s Network Security Expert (NSE) Training and Certification Curriculum to bridge gap between learning and careers

3.      In May 2020, Infor, a global provider of business cloud software specialized by industry announced the launch of a special promotion program in China to help companies be operationally agile and ease the “back-to-work” phase as companies gradually re-open.

The increasing adoption of various computer languages to speed up the input and output processes of machines across the organization is accelerating the implementation of corporate workforce development training. This is fueling the growth of the market. Rapid growth in the IT industry is again propelling the growth of the corporate workforce training market. According to the India Brand Equity Foundation, the domestic revenue of the IT industry was estimated at US$ 44 billion and export revenue was estimated at US$ 147 billion in FY20. The computer software and hardware sector in India attracted cumulative foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows worth US$ 62.47 billion between April 2000 and September 2020. Moreover, the growing need to enhance the overall knowledge of employees and performance is further projected to accelerate the growth of the corporate workforce development training market.

North America is expected to gain significant growth over the forecast period and this is attributed to the strong presence of the IT industry in the region. According to CompTIA, The United States is the largest tech market in the world, representing 33% of the total, or approximately $1.6 trillion for 2021. There are more than 525,000 software and IT services companies in the United States (approximately 40,500 tech startups were established in 2018 alone

The corporate workforce development training market has been very much on the rise over the past few years. In fact, it has been said that the market has been increasing rapidly at a rate of knots and this rate of growth is not likely to slow down any time in the near future. This is because corporate companies are looking to improve their overall corporate performance and as such training courses are becoming more popular.
